How long will my project take to complete?

Typical projects take 3 to 5 working days to complete.

Files can be sent to us via Secure FTP upload (drag and drop) or via email.

Delivery times can vary depending on the time of year, the class of mail and if the mail is being delivered locally or nationally. Here are some times to consider:

  • 1st Class locally has a delivery time of 1 to 3 days locally, and 3 to 8 days nationally.
  • Standard Class locally has a delivery time of 3 to 8 days locally and up to 14 days nationally.
  • Non profit Class locally has a delivery time of 3 to 8 days locally and up to 14 days nationally.
  • Carrier Route Class locally has a delivery time of 3 to 8 days locally and up to 14 days nationally.

We offer a variety of choices from glossy to matte, linen, colored paper, recycled and non, at various weights…and everything in between.

We request that the file be sent as single pages, in one multi-page PDF

Please provide one file that includes your cover and interior pages. Uploading a single-page PDF does not mean uploading one PDF for each page. It means all the pages in your PDF file should be single pages, not spreads.

Please include the pages in this order:

  • Outside front cover
  • Inside front cover
  • Page one, two, three, etc.
  • Inside back cover
  • Outside back cover

Simplex prints on one side of the page, duplex prints on both sides of the page.
